You can go to the Arlington Art Center website for details on times, directions, etc. Everyone has worked really hard to make this show a reality. We hope you can get there soon. SILVER SPRING, MD –On Saturday August 23rd, 2008, Pyramid Atlantic Arts Center (http://www.pyramidatlanticartcenter.org/) invites the public to meet some of the hottest new printmaking talent in the area at an artist reception from 5 pm to 7 pm at the gallery on 8230 Georgia Avenue. The exhibit, Scratching the Surface, is a showcase for the work of 23 emerging printmakers from the Greater Metropolitan Area
universities. The exhibition features a great variety of methods, each
used in fascinating and inventive ways. The artists will be in attendance.
Additionally,
Pyramid Atlantic will have work from its private collection for on
display and for sale for emerging and veteran collectors interested in
